Brian, I still have to find this video. I have had some history of sex addiction while I wasnt saved and even during the process of becoming more like Christ. It is a question in my mind, how many of these girls have been used on websites that I was looking at. It disgusts me that this could have happened. Never in my life did I try to pressure somebody into sex, yet it seems quite possible that somewhere on this planet, I have used somebody who just wanted to not be there, just wanted to go home and give mum and dad a long overdue hug. This cause is so Christ-like. Rescuing the trapped and enslaved. I am still struggling to get over the question "How does this happen?" But the most appropriate question would be "What can we do?" and I am glad to help with this cause. Jesus, our Master and Saviour. I pray that you would help this cause to release the bound and enslaved. To bring your Good News to the oppressed. Thank-you for the release that is possible through you - the new life - the Salvation. Jesus, Jesus, Jesus. The only answer. I pray you would bring comfort to these women/ children. Reach their captors and bring them to a point where they need to confront their wrongs. To justify their actions. I join a long list of DAB-bers who have struggled with a sexual addiction. I had my water baptism a fortnight ago and have been free of this stain since. I proclaimed that the old sinful self was staying dead on the bottom of the pool when I got out. Jesus has helped me to grow closer to him and released me from this addiction. Thank you. It is still a struggle, but this education has helped me to see the cruel side of porn sites. Thank you Jesus for your hands on the lives of the community. Amen, Andrew.

Our family donated last night and it not only felt so right, but it felt like a privilege to be in a position to serve in this way. The message delivered was truly Holy Spirit driven; amazing. Show us Your Glory, Lord.........Show us Your Glory.

Just an update to share how the Lord provided the $90 that I was able to donate this month.
As most of you know, I am unemployed at this time, and my unemployment benefits have been cut by almost $200/month since this time last year. God has provided abundantly for my son and I this year, and continues to do so, but, as you can imagine, every penny I receive has to be budgeted to pay even the most basic of needs.
When I heard the podcast about human trafficking, I was moved to give, but I had nothing. I prayed and asked the Lord that, if it were His will, He would provide the $90 somehow.
A week ago last Friday, my oldest son and I were talking in my room, standing by my computer desk, as he had just shown me something online. I reached for something, and knocked it over on my desk, and as my son went to catch it, knocked the books I have there aside. Laying on the desktop where the books had been pushed back, was a $100 bill! I looked at it in shock, and then picked it up and looked at my son in awe. He said, "What? Is that for me?" Hahaha! I said, "No, but it means I can pay for groceries for the rest of the month!"...but in the back of my mind, I knew what the money was for, without any doubt. When I'd prayed for the money to give, I' had the fleeting thought that it would have to fall out of the sky.
I had a $70 deficit in my grocery budget, a $15 deficit in my gas money, and a $5 deficit in my miscellaneous spending, and it was just the middle of the month. To the world, the logical thing would have been to use the money I'd found to cover these, and use the rest to pay for Thanksgiving dinner. But I know that my God isn't always "logical", and sometimes even asks the illogical of us to test our faith.
There were other things that happened over the course of the weekend...I lost, and then found again, the $100 that I had placed in an envelope marked DAB. I had so many things go wrong the next day, that could have easily discouraged me, and did have me feeling like I should just crawl in bed and go back to sleep by Saturday afternoon. Hehe. But, I was able to maintain an attitude of praise and thanksgiving, and Monday morning, I deposited the money into my bank account, and then mailed the DAB my check for $90. (You should be getting it by the end of the week, Brian!)
I still have deficits in those areas, but not as bad as they were a week ago Friday, and I know that God will provide. How exciting it is when the Lord provides for us what we can't provide for ourselves!
God bless,
Penelope

Thanks for that encouraging story of faith that God will provide $90 towards the mission of TRAFFIC and trust in God's provisions for your basic needs at home.

I have told my loved ones that their Christmas present money has gone towards missions and buying back some of these ladies and girls who do not have a choice in the way the are being treated. Let us believe God to replenish anything we give out to meet these needs. Our Christianity has to be practical. The Lord richly bless you all. Much love.
