one small suggestion

I love the Daily Audio Bible. It is a very valuable resource for me, and I have been a listener since its very first year. I deeply appreciate Brian and what he is doing with DAB and how it continues to grow and expand and reach others because God is in it. It's a great podcast.
I enjoy the commentary following the bible reading, but recently there has been much longer commentary at the very beginning of the podcast as well. I guess my one small suggestion would be to return to keeping it simple and focused at the beginning of the podcast as you go into the bible reading, and then go into commentary afterwards. I think it is better for those who may be tuning in for the first time and don't have the context of what DAB is all about, and I think it is helpful for the purposes of communicating to an audience.
I hope my suggestion is not discouraging in any way, it's just my opinion as a long-time listener. I do want to thank Brian for the incredible job he does every single day to make DAB such a great contribution to the kingdom.

i noticed that too, but i just thought it was brian dealing w/ jet lag, before the Africa trip i didn't notice it. His trip seemed so cool , not just being in Africa, but to have met the Godly heroes he met, he probably was just so excited to tell us of them, that and the sleep depriv, prob are what it was.

Usually when we're traveling together there is commentary about the travel at the front and back. That will probably not change. When we're not traveling it's normal.

Great to have the DAB and Windfarm in my life. Such a large part of my growing desire to just have good things around and inside my space when I can. To meditate and soak in the word. So many thanks. One Question, having noticed the BandWidth issues of much of the world and even limitations in many areas of America, is there the possibility of a smaller version of God's Word? Not to be less committed in anyway but to allow for the download on so many smaller devices or less than ideal wifi conditions. 3G works fine is the file was just under 20m. Thanks again, just wanted to ask, Bessings to you and Praise to Our God, Bruce
