Need Justin.tv app to see wind farm?

So I was trying to visit the Windfarm video feed through the iPad app, but it wants me to get the Justin.tv app. When I went to the app store, it seems that the Justin.tv app is $10???? Is this the only way to access the video stream on the iPad?
