Employment Section

I know this was addressed somewhat right before we moved to our new home, but I don't know that anything has been done concerning it since the move. I believe that the original idea was to put it under the college section, but as so many of us who are unemployed at the moment are not in college, nor of college age, could we have a section in the "main" part of the forums devoted exclusively to Employment issues?
I was thinking that not only could it be a place where we could pray for one another concerning unemployment, but it could also be a resource for those seeking employment, wanting to advance or change careers, or even looking for potential employees.
I know that I could personally use help in such areas as writing resumes and how to look for jobs that I am not only qualified for, but that I would enjoy; and I'm sure there are others out there that would love the same resource.
It's been so long since I've had to look for a job that I find myself overwhelmed by the entire process. No longer is it a matter of going to a place of business and asking if they're looking for someone, or looking in the want-ads in the newspaper and calling the number and mailing in a resume. Now it's done almost entirely on line with no way to connect to the people doing the hiring. As a Christian, I want to find the job that the Lord has for me, and I know that He has one for me, but I have no idea how to go about looking for it. I could sit at home, and pray that someone would knock on my door, and offer me the job of my dreams, but realistically I know that I need to put action to my faith, and look. I just don't know where to start. So far all my attempts have been rejected.
I think that it would be awesome to have the support of fellow believers, especially in prayer. And a place to go to receive that support within the community that I have come to love, and feel safe in.
As a side note, how cool would it be to have a place where potential employees and employers could find each other?
Anyway...just an idea.

I posted a few thoughts about this topic as well before the migration to the new site. I am praying that the Lord will give me a clear process to use in making a proposal for a career section for the DAB. I've learned in my own job search that a major component of any search is networking and prayer, encouragement from friends, and having additional resources, such as cover letters and resumes.
I know there is a need, Heavenly Father, show me a way to be helpful and encouraging to those, who like me, are seeking employment. Amen
