Time Tonight....

It's 8 pm for what time zone? I'm in EST (NJ)
....also, kind of an extension of my first question (brand new to all of this)....
I do not get podcasts or downloads, I go online, to DAB website, click on "Listen Now", choose a date, and listen to the reading for that day via my computer - - - will it work just like that for the course tonight?
