Need Encouragement?

daughter lost in prostitution and drugs
My daughter, my only child, is 20 years old and living on the streets of San Francisco. She is selling her body for drugs. She has endured beatings, has been shot at, yet continues to choose a lifestyle that I can only describe at nightmare-ish. She prostiutes herself and has cut herself off from her family. I live in Colorado and wonder from afar is she is still even alive....she places herself in peril on a daily basis and it is now months since I have heard her voice. Please pray for her. I have been listening to DAB for a year and a half but am new to the forums. Please forgive me if this is not the proper forum/format for a prayer request. Thank you for your prayers for my girl.

Sjanek, I understand you totally. I can see how much you love your daughter and how much you want her to change. I just think it must be so hard if children abandon their parents. Lord I pray for your unconditional love for Sjanek's daughter and for Sjanek herself. Lord I pray for you to cover them with your blood. Help them to realize that there is more than their life style, which is you Lord Jesus. I pray for you to enter the streets where there is prostitution and that your light will change their heart. Lord we just praise right now your holy name and your work which you will do................

Thank you all for your prayers. I can't tell you how much it means to me that you all, total strangers, are lifting up my daughter and me in prayer. Thank you Jesus for DAB and all who listen and pray.
