June 10 - The Boiling Point

Boiling Point...... a MUST listen podcast DAB family!!
What you said about watching the movie "the cove" and seeing "whale wars"....wow your are right! These people are willing to spend all their time....all their resources....and could care less if they get arrested or killed or get scaufed at by others...all for what they believe in which as great as animals are....they are nothing compaired to the King of Kings!!!! What more should WE be doing for God! Listening to Acts Paul gives us what that looks like to live out that "all out" life for God, what a Man of God!! What an example of a man walking where God wants him to.....

Brian I want to thank you for getting up and following Gods direction, you have helped me get me pointed back in the right direction! God Bless you and your family

Great message Brian! I finally scheduled the time to listen to the whole talk today. I was amzed at how many of the things you were thinking about over the past years related to things I have been praying about and thinking about recently. It really touched my heart. I'll be replaying this message on Saturday!

So many powerful words on so many topics and concepts. I listened several times uninterrupted to allow myself to process. I can not imagine the range of emotions and experiences that you were unable to give voice to...but what was shared was profound. I especially appreciated hearing about your faith journey and study of church history. I found it fascinating as a college student...but now it, too, has been well worth a study we just completed over the course of 6 months at our church.

So many things said resonated deeply with me. Thank you for including us on the trip to Africa and the larger journey of following the call of God on your heart.

I am always amazed at how the Holy Spirit has us on this chase for Him. I never thought of it like this or could comprehend it until this talk. Now I can see how I have been invited to be on the wild goose chase too. I love that. I think to me is the idea of time, the wait, the patience in all of it. It's not a fast paced thing...it's a journey and not to be wished to be at the end, but loving being in the process or middle of it. Astounded over and over again by all these pieces and how they come together...for Brian and for the community and for me. Eyes wide open!
