Prayer For A Friend
My very good friend of 6 years has just experienced some sort of major heart episode. He is only 30, and has also just suffered through a divorce recently and has struggled with alcohol abuse since that divorce.

He is a smart, talented man from a good home who has a lot of potential ahead of him and he is very scared right now, as it is understandable.

He is not a believer and if anything this has given me more fervent prayers because he still has a lot left to do in building his relationship with God.

Please pray for Jon and let us hope that he heals as fast as possible.

This is a very difficult time in both of our lives and it would be quite a crushing blow to him, me and everyone around us if he were to go at such a young age. He is a bright light to everyone around him. Thank you for your prayers.

Praying for Jon. Lord we lift up this young man and pray for physical healing to his heart. Praying that Jon will open his heart to Jesus and receive you spiritually and be welcomed into the family of God. Break the pattern of alcohol abuse in his life, and Lord heal the pain caused by divorce.
