Sarah saw a Neurosurgeon for her back pain. The Doctor said that if she is very careful, she will not need surgery. That is good news. I am praying for her back to heal. She said that she enjoys reading the Bible with her boyfriend. I am trying to find a ride for them to come to Church.

Sarah is in jail right now. She turned herself in. She is in trouble for not staying in drug treatment. She is scheduled to see the Judge tomorrow, 1-27-11. I am praying:
Lord Jesus, I pray that You would deliver Sarah from bondage, deliver her from Drugs. Cause her to turn to You and know that You love her, and that people love her. Bring people into her life that will love her and care about her. Restore her mind and her entire soul. Bring healing to her heart and to her body. Thank You Lord for what You are doing in Sarah's life. Thank You Lord, that You Love her. She needs You Lord. Thank You that You are with her. Remind her Lord, that You are with her. Give her peace. In Jesus name. Amen.

I am praying that Sarah will get help in Jail, and no harm. I pray too for God's healing and for compassionate Christians to come around her and give her support and strength and hope.

Update: I went to Sarah's trial. The Judge told her, "You could fix your life if you wanted to, but you don't want to. You like your life being all messed up." She also read a statement, where Sarah at her last appearance before the Judge, admitted that she was a liar and was manipulative. The Judged sentenced her to 30 days in jail. Of that 30 days, she has already served 13 days.
I will continue to pray for Sarah. I still have compassion for her, and pray that God will help her to turn her life around. Thanks for praying for Sarah.

Thank you for the update. I made a prayer request for Sarah at worship yesterday too. We are continuing to pray for Sarah to turn her life around with God's help.

I'm praying for Sarah still. I reckon her release date is soon now. I am praying that she is ready and that there is a support net and a prayer chain in place for her.

Thanks Tom for keeping Sarah in your prayers. She got out of jail a few days ago. She was really excited to have that all behind her. She said that she wants to quit doing drugs. I found a ride for her and her boyfriend to go to Church. I am praying for God to do the work in their hearts, draw them to Christ. Thanks for continued prayer for Sarah.

Sara's boyfriend beat her up again, and she is in a shelter for abused women. I hope she will stay there and get help. I am praying for God to strengthen her and help her to turn her life around. Lord Jesus, I pray for You to draw her closer to You, and put a shield of protection around her. Give her confidence that she does not need someone who beats her. God I ask that you would bring healing and restoration into Sara's life. Help Sara know that she is loved and that she does have hope, and a future, a good future. Help Sara to know that she has value. Comfort her and give her peace.

I'm praying for Sarah for healing, comfort and hope in Jesus. I pray for Sarah every day, because she is a person of value, and I pray that she will see that and feel it. And I thank you for your faithful prayer and compassion for her.
