Praise report! Our house finally sold!

Yesterday, the closing on our house that has been on the market since last July. Thank the Lord! In the end, a great family will be loving our well loved house. We had to borrow $20,000 to sell it without going into a short sale, but it is now done and we can move on.
After my call in prayer request, we thought we had a renter. Then the renter fell through, and I was trying hard to have faith that God had something else planned. My mother even said she thought that maybe God had a buyer planned. The next week, the offer came.
