It almost didn't happen, what with a hospital visit on 7/7, a poorly wife and daughter on 8/7, and weather which didn't really lend itself to my planned Long Drive, not to mention my own thoughts trying to subvert the whole enterprise once I did get out there, but... I got out for a few hours today, some thoughts and photos are here:

Beautiful pictures, and I love the concept of everything being infinite. In the Last Battle by CS Lewis, he describes heaven as being the continuation of everything good ever created. Beautiful thoughts...
