My walk with God in His Park

I sent in some pics, one in particular of a young doe that came running towards me during my walk, we both just stopped and stared at each other for a few seconds, as he started to try to speak to me, looking for his Mama I think, I was able to snap a picture. My walk was a good one, but still waiting for a message from God. I think I just need to learn to be still and wait. I've learned that I need to spend more time alone with God as I did on the 7th. I'm getting my bike ready now and making plans to do just that, at least a half an hour or hour, God will surely be near. Thanks God for my walk with you and for the beauty you showed me. Teach me to be still and wait on You.

Sounds beautiful, Irma. I believe sometimes our Lover just wants us to spend quality time with Him without any agenda - or perhaps the doe himself could be His message reflecting His beauty.

I know for me that sometimes the "hearing from God" doesn't necessarily come from just one time or one thing. So you never know, maybe something from this day will click with something from some other day and make a bit more sense. And if nothing else just taking the time to spend out of the normal routine is worth it no matter what!
