LONG WALK 2011 Stories

This Year's Long Walk
This year, I stayed for the week in Southampton. As well as Southampton itself, I visited the Isle of Wight, Winchester and the New Forest. I rejoiced in the beauty that the Lord revealed to me. In Winchester Cathedral, I felt privileged to see the antique Bibles - the Winchester Bible, the first and second edition King James Bibles and the first translation of the Bible into a Native American language - and I praised God for the work of those who made it possible for us to read the Bible in English. I spent time with the Lord in the Psalms and reading through the Captivating book. Praise Him, I was able to spend a really precious time in one of the side chapels of Winchester Cathedral praying through the chapter on healing the heart.

As usual, I've put my photos on Facebook, so here is the link:

So cool that you had the privilege of seeing how God's Word had been preserved through people who didn't give up. Looking forward to checking out the link for facebook.
