When is tomorrow's DAB Podcast supposed to be available for download?

It used to ALWAYS be posted and available for download no later than 9:00PM Central on the night before. Lately it has not been available for download the night before at all. Last night I tried it at 2:30AM Paciic and it was not yet complete.
The only time I can listen is during my morning commute - so, the podcast must be available the night before as I do not have any time in the morning to do it - it has to already be loaded on my iPod when I leave for work. If it is not available at bedtime, I leave my wireless router on all night and try again when I wake in the middle of the night. Lately, even then has been fruitless. I really hate missing the podcast as it has been so enriching for me. I would just listen on my computer at work, but my employer is very strict about using their computers for personal use.
It's just frustrating when I am unable to successfully download the DAB in time to have it ready to go when I leave in the morning.
Right now it is about 11:30 Central time and tomorrow's DAB is not yet available. DRAT! Another missed day.

After considering this further...
1) PLEASE FORGIVE my rant
2) I decided that the answer is that I shall just need to adjust my expectation and accept that I will listen to the DAB one day late.
Again, please forgive me, I didn't mean to be critical. I just needed my expectation clarified.
