An amazing few years
I haven't posted in the forums for a couple years. So much has changed in that time. At the time, I was single and looking for a good job. That's where things have changed. In January of 2010, I met the love of my life. We had known who each other were, for a few years, but weren't really that close. We'd see each other at church, and say hello, but it never got further than that. When the church drama team started up in January, she was one of the members in the group. Through the group we got to know each other better. There was some chemistry and we started getting to know each other better. In May of 2010, we were engaged. After a one year engagement, we got married on May 14, 2011. It was one of the best things that we have done together.

Two years prior to meeting her, I was let go from a very good paying job. When the economy went soft, the company I worked for did some downsizing. Since I was one of the people with more seniority, I was offered a four month severance package. I wasn't that happy, where I was, so I took the deal and looked for work elsewhere. After spending a few years selling computers, and waiting tables, I got a job working in healthcare security. I've been with this company, now, for over a year. I started out working in the parking services department, but recently got moved over to the security side. With this position, I'm working a 4 on / 4 off schedule and get to see my wife a lot more.

Things just keep getting better in my life, and I know that it is only due to the influence of God on my life. Since I started devoting more time to the word, and spent less time living for myself, things have changed dramatically. We server an awesome and amazing God!
