Praise Report - God is faithful in his Word - Malachi 3:10
Malachi 3:10
Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house. Test me in this,” says the LORD Almighty, “and see if I will not throw open the floodgates of heaven and pour out so much blessing that there will not be room enough to store it.
Malachi 3:9-11

Amen! God has been faithful and here is my praise report: I recently sold some personal items and made a special 'tithe' of 10% of that specific amount BASED on malachi - wherein God specifically says 'test me in this...."

WOW, and WOW again. We sure are children of a loving God! I have been able to partner again with the DAB (after meeting Brian and finding out that I don't have to use pay pal)and I've been able to buy some spiritual cd's and books so I can give them to some people at work and have been feeling great that I could do this again. SO, part of the passage says 'test me in this' so I did! I prayed to our God and asked for his favor at work (which I have been blessed these past two months with double) and this weekend - and here is the absolute most wonderful example of Gods favor - I prayed for his timing and judgment and bringing someone into my life to help with my property as I can not physically take care of it since my husband left and it is getting out of hand. I have called tree trimmers and landscapers before (last year) but just didn't work out. I prayed this Sunday specifically for this! then, my neighbor called and I went to pick her up to go into town and there was this man walking in front of my property and he waived = I waived back - never saw him before. As we came back from town, he was out in front again - turns out he is a new neighbor who lost his job and moved into the house across the street to help take care of his grandmother who had a stroke. He had thrown a football into my yard (may have been an excuse to talk to me, but I don't care) and he asked if there was any opportunity to help around the property for a little extra money.

So! If that isn't immediate answer to prayer - WOW, what an example. God is awesome. I now have help, and so does he! I now have a new neighbor/friend that I can share being a Christian with.

God has truly blessed me and is truly faithful. Tithe ON!

You know it Kris and Jake! So, I just love those moments when it is so clear that God is working on your behalf and he is clearly communicating. So, after this happened on Sunday, I went to work Monday and looked at my Devotional booklet from Joel Osteen (great way to start the day) and here is the passage:
"Is it not to share your food with the hungry
and to provide the poor wanderer with shelter--
when you see the naked, to clothe him,
and not to turn away from your own flesh and blood?
Then your light will break forth like the dawn,
and your healing will quickly appear;
then your righteousness will go before you,
and the glory of the LORD will be your rear guard."

We should get up each day with an attitude that says 'I'm going to make someone
else happy and meet their need today.'

So, I love when God so clearly and profoundly answers prayer and you know you are operating in the Spirit. Today, Henry and I went for pizza and got to know each other. I gave him two books 'breaking bondage' by Neal Anderson' and "be the best you you can be' by Joel Osteen. I found out he is in a spiritual search and I was also put here in his path to guide him along the right path. He had studied Wicca as well as muslim, been approached by Catholic and Christian people = not necessarity presenting the faith in the proper light.

for those of my DAB family that are reading this, please pray for those people that are in this spiritual wasteland that they too are sent the proper contacts.
Hopefully Henry will also seek out the DAB. I mentioned it, but I am the whisper, not the hammer.

Love it! To the true heart God's promise always gets kept. I know your heart Susan is true. And God always gives more than asked for. What a blessing to get help from a new neighbor. It reminds me of the 23rd Psalm when it says my cup runneth over. Yay for the blessings and I will pray for Henry.
