Semi-celebrity?
A new DVD has just been released
featuring a Kundalini Yoga session
from Sat Nam Fest 2011 - and I'm in it!
I just got my copy,
and it was fun reliving memories from that incredible event.
It was also like being there for the first time,
as I was able to actually see myself and other participants.
