Need suggestions for Bible study

I've got a young lady in my life who I'd love to do a bible study with. She is 18, has a 1 1/2 year old daughter & has had a very rough life. Abusive parent, molested as a child, raised her siblings, raped by a much older man as a teen (resulting in her precious daughter) & recently moved away from her family to a more stable household with people who care for her.
She's now got about 4 moms/mentors, including the woman who took her in. 3 of us are Bible believing Christians but the one she's living with is a Mormon. They are friends of mine, nice family, much more stable home environment & all but the husband does not go to church at all & the mom is Mormon.
So.
I'd like to do some kind of Bible study with her, geared toward a young single mom who's been through a lot & I'd love to get some input.

I think to do the book Captivating from John Eldridge could be something which would be interesting.
