Log in Log out issues

For DAB tech team to look at for website to be fixed. Log in and log out link (frame) with the page is missing. Host machine is windows 7 home premium with 64 bit and using IE9 and does not show the log in log out link. The virtual machine that shows the log out log in frame or link is windows 7 enterprise 32 bit with IE9 being used. Both have all updates and current flash and java. Weird. I think its got to be something to do with the way the CSS files in the code along with Java working in an Ajax way is not working anymore in a 64bit client OS. Help guys I can't log out or in within my host machine but only in my virtual machine. I just know IE does not pick and chose what frames it will open within a website unless some rules have been applied on my side and I have not changed anything from before the DAB update to the new update. something in the code does not like me. Grrrrrr
