Long overdue Praise report

I just realized I have never put on a praise report although I have had TONS since becoming a Christian. So here's one-
So I go to monthly Christian men's group called FIGHT CLUB. We go around and discuss things in our lives and what we need prayer for. I asked for prayer for a local branch (Southern Pines) we have started for Solace for the Children (www.s4tc.org) charity. God has called me to do this for a couple of years and I have resisted because I don't have the time, money. etc plus I have wanted to help Afghanistan children through building schools and education instead of medical with is what Solace focuses it on. But God made it clear to me to do this so I am obeying in faith (and permission from my wife ;) So plan is to bring 5 Afghan children to Southern Pines this summer for treatment.
The day after my FIGHT CLUB I took off work specifically so I could start going around to the medical community and start making connections with doctors, dentist, and optometrist because they have to be willing to perform all the services free of charge and these kids don't have any insurance. I was told by the founder of Solace this is the hardest part of starting a branch because that you really need to find someone to be your medical coordinator who "know everyone" in the medical community. So I get up in the morning and pray "God, I know what I want to do this day, but please if you have another plan for me on my day off please let me know and I promise you I will follow". Shorty after my wife is staying home sick so I take care of her. She asks if I can run some errands (mailing packages two weeks before Christmas) and put up some Christmas decorations up for her. By the end of the day I had done ZERO to start the finding our medical support for Solace... I felt a little disgruntled because that was the "reason" I took off work. But my wife and I's marriage has been struggling because of my new found Christianity so it helped our relationship.
At work two days later I get a phone message from one of my Christian brothers who tells me he has passed on my name and our cause to a pediatrician who has founded two clinics in our town and practiced pediatric medicine for over 4 decades!. I call the pediatrician and after just a few minutes he agrees to do all the medical work and get all the people we need no charge!!! God is so amazing and so great when we just step back and let him do his plan instead of ours.
In early January, I asked God what he wanted me to give up for 21 days of fasting and he said "stop worrying about money in your life". What! I have $20,000+ I have to raise for this years program, daughter in college, massive debt and you want me to stop worrying? So I did for three weeks... well tried my best. It did give me an amazing clarity about how often my conversations with wife, kids, and people in general turn to money.
