DAB KIDS - Why so many problems?

DAB Kids is not on the server for February 3 or February 4 - that's yesterday and today.
It seems like DAB Kids has so many problems - is there a different procedure for DAB Kids? I know everyone works hard - and I know Max and China are faithful to read it - so it's frustrating when it doesn't appear on the server. My son really enjoys it.
It just seems like DAB Kids is not consistently available.
