Prayer for Breakthrough

Grateful for God's Word and this Community. I listen to DAB every day and when I have more time, I listen to all the prayer requests and pray for them. I feel stuck at times in overwhelm. Been working as a substitute teacher for almost three years, and on one hand I am functioning well within that role in that I pray for the students and staff that I meet, even if they are difficult and offensive. On the other hand, I feel so inadequate as a teacher and see many whom I think are better than I am. Yet, I am called every day to sub in various schools. Some schools over and over.
OK, so, I am also an artist and I get very little time to actually work on projects or even sketch. Some days I am so tired. Glad for a job. Yet I would like breakthrough. If God wants me to continue as a sub to give me contentment with it. I personally would like to have a full time or regular job to bring in more money so that we can pay off debt faster, yet I feel inadequate about my skills. And struggle with many school policies, but I look at the kids and pray for them to be convicted by Jesus to want him for themselves and for me to somehow make a difference to that end and also the end of encouragement in kid's lives who get very little encouragement to do well in school. I have enrolled and cancelled in a special ed credential program but couldn't see adding12K to our debt. Today I have off. Praying...
