Latest iTunes Update Has Ruined My Podcasts

When I upgraded to iTunes 11, it wiped out several old episodes I was keeping.
I'm mostly upset that the Podcasts I had of the Virtual Class "The Four Streams" are gone!
Is there any way you can add them back to the available episodes on iTunes so I can download them again?
This new update is really BAD. :-(
