Please, no offense is intended, but my first impression on seeing the Captivating banner was that all these women were white, young, and skinny. Where's the diversity? Even if these were actual participants, maybe a picture showing ladies of diversity would let others feel more welcome to attend.

They must've changed it already. All I see is a sign that says 'Lady' on the banner pic.
