Map places me in Tibet

Good morning, I have searched the Help on the website and Itunes information and have updated my app this am, but I am still having an issue with the "Map" function of the App on my Ipad2 - it locates me in Tibet instead of Rueil-Malmaison, France. Is this a known issue? FYI - I have turned on my location services, and checked the locator works fine in Google maps. Same issue on my Iphone. Thanks, Judy
