I would like to hear more teaching about this. It is in Samuel when Saul was tormented then David plays the harp and the evil spirit leaves Saul.

Hi LilaRose,
Depending on the church which ppl. attend, topics of evil spirits may or may not be discussed. However, in both old and new testaments they exists and we still use the bible today as our life guide. So, if the questions is do you think this happened. I would say sad;y "Yes." If the questions is can it happen today "I am sure it does, but most ppl. are embarrassed to admit it publicly." without ppl. thinking your making things up. And if the questions is "Can God do that" For sure, because God created all things good and bad and God can do what he wants and punish in the matter he chooses. If ppl. read correctly God is Merciful but He also has punished.

Please pray for me, because I am a health professional working mental health (in the UK). I have frequently felt that the thing patients need most is someone to pray with them (and I've met mental health nurses who have felt the same); but the prevailing politics means that you are not allowed to mention aspects of faith to them - although of course I pray for them privately.
