Yet To Receive Promise Land CD

Hi DAB family. I thank God for the life of everyone of you and pray that He will keep us all to the end as we journey through the ups and downs of life to a glorious and eternal home.
I reside in Canada. I ordered for the promise land film since October and I'm yet to receive my order up till now. I have tried to make enquiry about this by phone and by email several times, but have not been getting any meaningful response. Please, is anybody having a similar experience? I have a feeling I may not be channeling my concern to the right person. Does anyone know who I can ask or what I should do about this?

Thanks for your response Marcie. I have sent her several emails. About 3 weeks ago, I got a response saying my order could not be found and have since forwarded my order confirmations to her. I'm yet to get any feedback. If she is the right person, then I will keep my fingers crossed and wait some more.
