Today is the 22nd of August. Welcome to the Daily Audio Bible. I'm Brian. It is, as always, a pleasure to be here with you today, centering ourselves around the scriptures, orienting ourselves to God through his Word and taking this great adventure together through the Bible with each other.
So we started Job yesterday and we’ll be spending some time in this hard book but beautiful book for the next several days. There is so much for us here. It's the end of the week. We’re reading from the Names of God Bible this week.
Prayer:
Father, we thank you for another week in your Word, another week to live and breathe and have a being and be with you and be on this earth, another week of life. We thank you that you have granted this to us and bestowed your mercy and grace and kindness and patience into our lives. So as we close down another week, we ask your Holy Spirit to seal it within us, to seal your words in our hearts and continue the work of transforming us into the likeness of your Son. We love you. We thank you for all you're doing and we look forward with great anticipation to all you have yet to do in our lives through your Word this year. So come, Holy Spirit, we pray, as we so often do, inviting you to lead us into all truth. This is what we seek and this is what you offer. So come, Jesus, we pray in your name, amen.

Community Prayer Requests and Praise Reports
Hi. My name is Tiffany. I have a son that just turned 3 on the 17th. On the 12th of this month, he had come home with bruises all over his body from daycare so now we are dealing with a physical abuse case, a possible sexual assault case, and I just need every prayer in the world to find out what really happened and what is going on. I don’t really know how to go from here. I could really use God's help now. Thank you.
Hey y’all. It's Chris W., Petersburg, VA. It's 10:09 on Tuesday, the 18th. Just got done listening to the 17th podcast so I wanted to call in and pray for Pastor Gene and John and her family. Dear God, please help Pastor Gene and John. Please, Lord, help John to feel better. Please, Lord, give the doctors wisdom. Please help them to know what is wrong with him. Please, Lord, guide their hands so that they can heal the problems and fix the problems. Please, God, help Pastor John to not feel like he has to work so hard. Please, Lord, surround them with people that can help them, the great ministry you have put before them. Thank you, Lord, for their drive and their passion and their love for their community. Please, Lord, increase all of these and please bless them here, Lord. Thank you that for their great work they’ve done they will have great rewards in heaven and I praise you for that, Father, and I pray that you continue to work through them, continue to bless them, Lord. Help them to feel full of you and please, God, just watch out for Pastor Gene and her family. Thank you, Lord for them. Help them, Lord, to sleep well tonight. Help them to get all rested up and recharged because we know they are doing a great work for you, Lord, and we pray against the forces of Satan which are coming against the family. Please, Lord, protect them and in the name of Jesus, Satan, I bind you and you do not have any dominion or power over that family. Thank you, Lord, so much for them. And please, Lord, bless their community, Lord, and please bless them as they have blessed all of us. We ask these things in Jesus’ name, amen. Just wanted to call in for that real quick. Hello DAB family. This is Chante calling from Detroit and I just wanted to call in and let you all know I had a great time at the Heartbeat of Plymouth this past weekend. Brian did an awesome job painting a picture of the Reframe message and not only was I able to meet Brian and his son, Tyler, but I was also able to meet David and his beautiful wife from Sandusky, OH. So, yeah, after the message, Brian took the time not only to speak to me and David, but he also took the time to speak to my 2-year-old daughter, Caden, and my 4-month-old son, Chase. Brian is just so very humble, so laid back, so cool. It was just really great speaking with him. We took lots of pictures and all that fun stuff. And then afterwards David and his wife and I and the kids, we all went out to lunch and then after that we listened to some Christian bands and we just had a great time. The weather was perfect. We just had an awesome time. I couldn’t have really asked for more. So, yeah, we really need to start some type of Midwest DAB group. It was hard for us to sort of figure out who was with the DAB and who wasn’t and I had put out a message on DAB Friends the night before basically saying, yeah, anyone going to the Heartbeat of Plymouth, let's meet up. David was the only one to respond. I know there are more of you out there, like Rebecca from Michigan. I was so expecting to meet you and mind you, I went on Sunday so I'm sure a lot of people went on Saturday, but there was a point where Brian said anybody from DAB, raise your hand, and there were at least 15 hands that went up, but I only met Marge and Jackie.
Hi family. It's Mary from the UK. I’m just really enjoying Daily Audio Bible __________, some really, really good commentary coming. Thank you, Brian. Very excited about Reframe. Family, I’ve got three requests for you. First of all is my 19-year-old daughter who is about to go to university. I had to take her to a rheumatologist yesterday because she has problems with various joints. He is investigating her for maybe something like rheumatoid arthritis and, Lord, it feels really difficult. So family, please pray for divine healing for her. My second request is for my 22-year-old son who has just finished a product design degree. He is hunting for a job. Please pray that he gets the job that God has allotted for him. My third request is for my husband and the dynamics in the family. My husband has bipolar disorder and the dynamics in the household are really quite difficult to the extent that neither of the children really want to be around him very much. Please pray for God's peace and harmony to reign with us, for me to have wisdom to know when to intervene and when to let them sort it out. We just as a family need to dwell in God and in his peace and love, so please pray blessing on them. Love you all, family and I pray for you as your requests come through. Thank you.

I thank you that you’ve provided for her to be able to pay for her treatment. Father, we look forward to even great victory in her life, Lord. We know that you will provide for her to look after her mom, Lord. And we thank you because we know and we look forward even to __________ and the day, Lord, that you will find her a man who will love and look after her and care for her. Lord, we look forward to a time when, Lord, she will be victorious in all areas of her life and the day she will be fully healed, too. Father, we look forward to the day that her friend will also find peace in you __________, Lord, __________. We thank you and we bless your name because we know you are King and you are mighty to heal, mighty to save, mighty to provide. In Jesus’ name, amen.
Good afternoon, Daily Audio Bible. This is Bridgette calling from Highlands, NJ and I'm calling for a couple of people from DAB and I'm also calling in for a prayer for myself. So first I would like to pray for Pelham and Molly. I just heard your call and just a wonderful, wonderful blessed thing, so I'm going to pray over you right now. And also Brad, I heard your call the other day, just a lot of despair going on there, brother. Just hang in. God has really, really good plans for you. For he will not forsake you or leave you. Jeremiah 29:11. And Philippians 4:18. Just focus on those things. So here we go. Prayer for Molly and Pelham. Lord God, Jesus, we thank you so much for everything you do for us. Thank you for this beautiful couple that you have united in your holy matrimony, to serve you, to worship you, to glorify you because when two Christians come together, you are present and you are near. I just pray over their lives, that they will be united always in your goodness and just follow your path and your righteousness and not let the devil's snare just take them and just try to destroy their love for one another and the love they have for you. Just make them grow stronger and stronger as they produce the fruits of the Good Spirit, that they will just follow that into strength and righteousness and just ask this all in your beautiful, precious name, Lord Jesus. We thank you so much for all that you do and we don’t deserve it. I also need prayer for my son, Christopher. He's coming home tomorrow from California and going to start his life here. He just graduated high school. He needs a job. He is going to go into school, college and I'm also praying for my husband, James. He is starting a new job next week so a lot going on. God is great because he has such wonderful plans for all of us. We just need to surrender all to him and just give it all to him and just hope in him.
