Pilgrim's Edition Files not there

I have been trying to download the video files which came with my purchase of the Promised Land DVD. I have only been successful with 3 of the files (Central, Coastal, Wilderness). The other four (Galillee, Jerusalem, Lowlands, Northern) files appear to download but when I try to extract the files a message comes up saying that there are no files to extract. I have tried several times to download each folder individually but it results in the same message. Any ideas? My operating system is Windows 10.
