Dear DAB Friends,
I have been trying to get on this prayer web paper and have been blocked for some reason. I prayed that I could get back on and get on the prayer request list and bingo here I am!
I need your prayers because my job, better said my Boss is trying to get my transferred or even fired to cover her miss handling at work. She is trying to lay the blame on a few of us at work for her haphazard ways of running a center. My reputation is at risk and they believe her over me!
I have been working at my site for over 34 years and pull my weight and drag others along with the program helping where ever I am needed and this makes the Director feel like I am trying to take her job! I am only trying to help and NEVER wanted any position but my own. My evaluations speaks for themselves if they care to look at my past years of work ethics.
I LOVE my job but now I am sick and tired from the jealousy and pettiness that my director beams my way.
She is blaming me for a teacher quitting but the teacher left due to her lack of leadership and the God’s truth she’s trying to cover up her mistakes by blaming the backbone of the center and I am so hurt by her action or better said lack of action.
She has poisoned other against me and I am hurt to the core by her actions.
Please pray that all of her actions come to light and that she refrains from hurting those she is jealous of because we always had been there for her from the start.
