Jeremiah 30:1-31:26 ~ 1 Timothy 2:1-15 ~ Psalm 87:1-7 ~ Proverbs 25:18-19
Today is the 17th day of October. Welcome to the Daily Audio Bible. I’m Brian. It’s great to be here with you, but not from the rolling hills of Tennessee but from, I guess, kind of the sandy shores of South Carolina. Good to be here in the Charleston area getting ready for Reframe tomorrow, looking forward to seeing you. We’ll mention that, talk about it a little bit later. Let’s immerse ourselves in why we’ve gathered together today. Let’s take another step forward in the Scriptures. We’re reading from the International Standard version this week. Of course, today is the last day of the week.
Prayer
Father, we thank you for another week in your Word, another day, another week, another month. You have continued to speak by the power of your Holy Spirit into our lives through your Word and we are grateful. This sets us right. This orients us properly. We love you for this gift and for the gift of grace and mercy and kindness, for the gift of your Son. You are amazing, God. You are glorious and beautiful. You have been so patient with us and have given us the resources necessary to be drawn into a relationship with you. We want that more than we want anything, intimacy with you. We invite you to plant these seeds of these words from your scriptures into our lives today. We choose to walk with you in all things, at all times, in all places. Come, Holy Spirit, we pray in Jesus’ name. Amen.
Announcements
Www.DailyAudioBible.com is home base. It’s the website. It’s where you find out what’s going on around here. Plenty is going on around here. Our retail partner, Lifeway stores, here in the United States, and they’re kind of all over the place. But, of course, they have a large online store as well. They’ve been offering Reframe 50% off this week. It is my understanding that today is the final opportunity to get Reframe 50% off from Lifeway. Of course, we have released the Reframe films, five films that take themes from Reframe and put them in very cinematic form, very thought-provoking form and help you go deeper, which you can certainly do by yourself, but is perfect for doing together with some friends in a group or in a Sunday school or in a small group setting.
You can certainly get the Reframe films at www.ReframeBook.com, but if you get seven copies of Reframe, and Lifeway is a good choice since it’s 50% off today, but, from any of the participating retailers at www.Reframebook.com and just email the receipt to us at Reframe@DailyAudioBible.com we will send you the Reframe films DVD free. We’ll pick up the postage and everything. We’ll send it to free and give you a voucher code so you can download the films right away. You can find out about that and take a glimpse at the Reframe films trailer which gives you a glimpse into each of the five films at www.ReframeBook.com. Check that out.
Then, let’s see here, tomorrow I will be speaking on Reframe at Daniel Island Fellowship here in the Charleston, SC area. If you are in this region, please come say hello. We’d love to see you while we are in the area. www.DanielIslandFellowship.org is the website of the church which will give you service times, et cetera, address, all that kind of stuff. Looking forward to seeing you in the morning here in Charleston. Next week, I’ll be in Washington State, so like clear on the other side of the country. Almost as far as I can go from here in Charleston, I’ll be in Washington State next week at Columbia Christian Church in Richland, WA, in the Tri-Cities. If you are in that region, man, I’d love to see you… very, very much love to say hello to you. That website is www.FamilyFaith.com. You can get service times, et cetera there.
Looking forward into November, November 1st is a Sunday. I will be speaking Reframe at New Song Christian Fellowship in Louisville, KY. Their website is www.NewsongLouisville.org where you can get their service times, et cetera. Looking forward to being in Louisville.

Community Prayers and Praise Reports
Hi, this is Bonnie from Virginia. I’m calling to ask for prayer for my son Vivek. His friend called him on Sunday to go to a folk festival with him, but then he asked my son to try drugs. I think when he come back home my son was acting crazy. I had no idea what to do so I called 911 to take him to the ER and to have his treatment done. At that time, the police officer came. They started interacting and asking questions to my son. Later on, my son was… I don’t know, he got very angry and got after the police officer. They grabbed him and then put him on the ambulance bed and took him to ER. Now, he’s at the Behavioral Health Center. There, he is having some psychiatric treatment. I’m really not in favor of whatever meds they are making him to take because he is… I believe he is not a psychiatric patient. But, the psychiatrist and the therapist say that he said he wanted to die and he had suicidal thoughts since he was 13. It’s really heartbreaking. I have never seen that situation in my child’s life. I had never, ever thought that my child had that kind of thought in him because he was always happy all the time. Please pray. I am really, really concerned for my child’s life. I would really appreciate your prayer. Thank you.
Hi family. I hope you all are doing well. Brian and Jill, God bless you. I pray that God will strengthen you as you go around the country spreading the message of Reframe around in the name of Jesus, that lives would be changed. There will be deliverance. People will be healed in the name of Jesus. I like hearing praise reports family. John, I’m rejoicing with you, brother, over that deliverance for your son. Our God is so good, hallelujah. I am praying that God who started the good work in your son will complete it in the name of Jesus. Shannon from Texas, congratulations on your new job, our loving God is faithful. __________ from California, I know that your praise report… I sensed a little bit of sadness but I praise God that you’re still working even under difficult circumstances. I’m praying that God will touch David in prison, God will use him as a beacon of life while he is there. I pray that God will wrap his arms around you, your husband, David’s children and your family. I’ll comfort you all and give you peace in the name of Jesus. Hang in there sister. Margaret, I’m praying for wisdom for you concerning your elderly parent’s care, that God will help you not to be overburdened but will show you what to do and provide for your needs in the name of Jesus. Brother who has a defeatist attitude. I didn’t catch your name. But, I pray that God will lift you up and encourage you. I come against the spirit of depression that is harassing you. In the name of Jesus, I pray for healing for you. I pray that God will help you to keep your head up and trust him brother, in Jesus name. Mark, from Australia, well done, I prayed that the meeting with your ex-wife would go well, that God would go before you and help you to be quick to listen, slow to speak and slow to anger. Like the Word of God says, praying that God who started the healing work in Jenna’s life will complete it and those seizures will cease in the name of Jesus. Richie, from Obodonga, I think, praying that God will have mercy on you in your situation and there will be restoration. God bless you.
Hi, this is Mike from Orlando. My first time calling in, I just need some prayer right now. It’s been… I recommitted my life to Christ in December of 2014. I’ve been away for a long time. Ever since then, my life has dramatically gone downhill you could say. We lost, me and my wife lost most of our life savings. Our closest friend, that’s a woman, got breast cancer and, currently, is still dealing with that. My best friend, that’s a guy, committed suicide in July. As I’m getting over that right now, and suffering through the grief of that still, my grandfather died last night. It’s just a lot to take on right now. I’m still keeping the faith. I really feel like God is still telling me that everything is going to be okay and that things are going to eventually get better someday. But, we could use prayer. It’s been a very difficult time. Thank you everyone.
Hi, my name is Becky and I’m calling from Minneapolis, MN. I am calling for prayer for a young man by the name of Mario who is a brother of my children. Mario is suicidal, and posting pictures of himself cutting himself on Facebook. I’ve never met him before but my heart is just going out to him because he lost his mother at a young age and his father has never been involved in his life. I’m just asking for prayer for this poor little… well, he’s not little, he’s a grown man, but for this poor man. Thank you. Bye.
Hi, Daily Audio Bible. This is Ethan from Sandusky, OH. I’ve been listening to the Daily Audio Bible for about 6 or 7 months now. Started listening to the January programs and I’ve just finally got caught up with the current date today. It’s a very fitting passage that we’re getting to tomorrow in Jeremiah 29. I have been struggling to find consistent, decent paying work for all of 2015. I have a wife and two natural born children and one foster child. There’s constant stress and pressure every day to provide for them and now that I’m finally caught up in community, I just wanted to reach out and, first of all, say thank you very much for your faithful support of this program and your faithful prayers and encouragement to everyone else in this community. I know I’ve been greatly encouraged by the prayers and everything that I’ve heard over the past several months. If you could all just keep myself and my family in prayer these next couple days, I have a seasonal contract that’s ending tomorrow. After that, I am out of work and don’t have anything else lined up. If you could pray that the Lord would provide some things, especially, and that it would just be pleasing to him whatever it is that I do. Thank you all again for everything that you’ve done for this community. God bless and we’ll talk to you soon.

I loved hearing the Jewish version and suggest it continues to be in the rotation! I must say I did listen more carefully for that week to be sure. https://word-hurdle.com

I really enjoyed listening to the Jewish interpretation, and I think it should be included in the mix. https://papas-freezeria.com/
