Injury and work direction plus faith issues

Dear daily audio bible family,
I really need prayer for my struggles in my faith and few issues I am dealing with.
I am struggling to understand how God talks to me and how I hear him. I am also dealing with a major injury where I have three damage discs in my lumbar spine and wedging of the vertebrae in my neck, I have a specialist appointment on the 12th November. (This appointment was a blessing as I got in 3 weeks earlier than expected) The injury means I haven't been able to skate which gives me joy and a way I connect with the Lord.
Also I need prayer for the direction I need to take with my job. I have been in this job for five years and I am getting to a point that it's bringing me down. I feel the need to change jobs but I don't know where I need to be.

My prayers are with you. May God reveal His desires for you in a clear way. Continue to just talk to Him. It's all about that personal relationship. God hears you, He hears all of us. Continue to trust in Him, He will never let you down.
