If you are having a problem with any area of this site there are a number of things you can do.

FIRST, please read the contents of this help section.  Without fail almost every question you might have is answered here.  This is why we created an entire help section.

PLEASE READ THIS.  The Daily Audio Bible is a large global community run by a small team community.  We don't have a tech support staff and because of the mission God has us focused on we never have enough time to get everything done.  IF YOU SEND US AN EMAIL THAT ASKS A QUESTION THAT IS ALREADY ADDRESSED IN THE HELP SECTION OF THIS SITE IT WILL NOT BE ANSWERED.  That's not because we're unfriendly and aloof.  Quite the contrary.  We're deeply committed to this community.  It's a vital part of our lives.  But we have created this help resource so that you can find the answers you need and so that we can stay on mission.  We hope that makes sense.  If something isn't covered here or there is a true issue with the site we'll actually be happy that you let us know about it so that we can go to work trying to repair the issue or address the problem.
