Why do you talk so much about community?

When the Daily Audio Bible began on January 1, 2006 no one could have known that it would have grown to what it is today. We really had no expecations for how many would listen. We thought if five people went through the Bible with me it would be great.

What we learned quickly is that there are tens of thousands of people who are hungry for what the Bible says and there are an awful lot of people who are tired of religion. A community began to develop around the Bible reading and now it's inseperable from the podcast. When you listen, you are not alone. You are a part of something that stretches around the world and it makes all the difference.
