DAB intercessor prayer team

I know we have prayer going on for the world and its global needs and each other, but I am thinking of a group of volunteers who sign up to be DAB Intercessors and intercede on behalf of specific prayer needs for this ministry. It can consist of these 7 points of which I have used from another ministry who has set this up for their ministry. Of course I have changed some of the wording to be more specific to the DAB and its needs.
What commitments do we ask of DAB Intercessors?
1. PRAY for at least 15 minutes each day. When you enlist, you will be asked to indicate the time of day you will be interceding.
2. PRAY daily for protection for Brian Hardin, his family, the DAB tech team and their families, the moderators and their families, and also for a hedge of protection over the entire ministry and all its volunteers.
3. PRAY daily for a harvest of souls around the world to reached by the DAB.
4. PRAY daily for DAB's vision, its implimentation, church leaders, and for the church Jesus is head over.
5. PRAY daily for the urgent needs that come to the DAB such as finances, implimintation of ideas, etc.
6. PRAY daily for the other intercessors who are part of this intercessory prayer team.
7. PRAISE God daily for the victories He is bringing to the DAB, Brain, the volunteers, and in the lives of His people who are part of the DAB community.
I realize this can be changed by Brain but its purpose is only for the DAB. I hope it makes sense. Tell me what you think. Windfarm and our prayer threads to me cover all of the above but this would have a group volunteers who purpose is to only cover the DAB and its vision and goals.

Than I will start asking for sign up of prayer with the seven points as the guide for prayer or amended guide by brian. It is my hope we can have 24 / 7 /365 of prayer for the DAB. For those of you who have read this thread sign up and send me a msg and I will create a calender and forward it to brian to post. I am so excited to have a group of volunteers or DAB prayer warriors to pray for the DAB and its team. I can not do this by myself so those who have a passion to see the DAB prosper spread the word, and lets get this off the ground. I am sure we will see the fruit our prayers. My email address is dabfamily@yahoo.com. Please review the 7 points, make a commitment and lets do this. We can even meet in the prayer room so those who want to join in can. The apostle Paul wrote to the Romans asking “that ye strive together with me in your prayers to God for me” (Romans 15:30). If Paul needed a prayer covering for his ministry, how much more do we need that help for the DAB. YIC, John

Tremendous idea John. Put me down for 8pm. I'll start tonight. We could also use twitter for emergency prayer requests. ie the situation with Deb. What do you think?

yes all is a good idea. Pray God can help me make this the best army of intercessors and that DAB be covered in prayer 24 7 365 !!!

I can promise to pray but the times on-line I cannot guarantee. Being on the road all the time and never knowing where or when I will be on any given day or hour I can only promise to pray at a certain hour but not necessarily on-line. So If it comes up where there is nobody for a certain time slot let me know and I will pray at that time, whether or not I can get on-line.

dave you dont have to be online. Its the honor system. Just tell me the time you commit too and I will put you down. Being online is an option not a must. 8-8:15PM Central time has been taken. Lots of times to pick from. Let me know.
