Entire Books of the Bible
I'm just interested in see if there is a interest for anyone besides me to hear Brian read entire books of the Bible (i.e. Roman, Genesis, Luke....etc). Perhaps, even have Brian's commentary at the beginning about the historical aspects of the book and maybe some during the different chapters?

I would love to see this done because I tend to want to study books of the Bible and it would be nice if I could just listen to the Book of Ephesians by downloading it from iTunes. I realize this would be quiet and undertaking so I wouldn't object to paying for it. This could be a great fund-raiser!

Maybe as a community we could vote on the "top 5 books" we would like to hear read in their entirety?

Any thoughts?

Ann, I don't know if this is doable or if Brian would feel lead to do this. Only he can answer that. I personally would love studying certain books one at a time as well, with commentaries by Brian along the way. I would most definitely pay for downloads through the store as well. Acts, Romans, James, well, just about the ENTIRE New Testament. LOL. Also, Ecclesiastes, Genesis, Daniel.

Just my 2 cents.

Love it, great idea. Of course we would have to see how Brian feels about it. Gosh I don't know how he gets done everything that's on his plate as it is> however I too would also pay for downloads.

Just my 2 cents also.

You can buy the entire readings for 2009 in the DAB store. Available for immediate download as MP3.

Using your chosen MP3 Player a playlist of any of the books of the bible would be simple enough to achieve.

Just a thought.

I'd like to see Psalms put out in the same manner as they do Proverbs. 5 Psalms chapters a day takes you through the Psalms each month just like 1 chapter of Proverbs takes you through that each month. I have seen this duo linked together by lots of people, and I think it gives a wonderful balance for the mind AND the heart. Can we sit here and just dream up stuff for you to do, Brian? :)
