SMALL GROUP FOR TEENS

I have recently started a small group for teens and i really need help and insights from more experienced believers! i am 20 years old and most of my kids are 14-18 so it's problem trying to get them under control to actually share something!
i have recently realized that dating and all this flirting and boyfriend girlfriend relationships are a big issue. i have decided to enact a "no dating" policy and know this won't be welcomed with open arms.
i know why it's not a good idea to start dating yet but since i'm so young i only have a little bit of experience. if any of you could help me on what to say to them why it's a bad idea. some experiences you've had and how i should approach this .

Wow Abigail, your a brave one. Unfortunately I have no experience working with teens but with the knowledge that I once was one.... I'll be praying for you and your group.
