Tell Us About Yourself and What the DAB Means To You

Blessed that DAB and Passages came into my life.

Toward the end of an extremely challenging 2011, I picked up an issue of Life:Beautiful at Barnes and Noble for some inspiration, hope, something to stir something in me. What I came across was the book review of Passages. This, brought me to searching the web to find out where and what DAB was all about. I can't begin to list all the challenges that 2011 brought me and knowing already the ones that I am facing in the start of this year, I decided this was exactly what I needed. I began tuning in on the first of the year and have listened everyday. I also finished the book, Passages, yesterday and blogged about it today as well. The sermon in my church, the words in the text of Passages I was reading, it was all revolving around the same theme...apparently God is telling me I'm on the right path. I have looked to God with praise at times for all he has helped me through and other times, turned away not sure why things are the way they are. I have never read through the entire Bible before and am blessed to be on this journey with you.

You will hear soon a famous quote "The journey IS the destination". I think that quote best explains my experiences in the DAB family since mid-2009. Yes, you're on the path to a great adventure!
