Hi , I was wondering if any one has had this problem . I have a great desire to work at our church in some areas . Every time I commit to helping in kids ministry or nursery or what ever needs to be done , seems like life pulls me to many different directions. Me and my family have moved in to help take care of my grandmother , She is up and down with her health , I also have to take care of my mom , she lives in her own home but can not take care of her own finances or med. I have a 12 yr old and work full time . Me and my husband also take care of 200 hundred head of cattle . I Guess what I need to do is take care of my family right now . But I feel guilty because I don't seem to have time to help at church like I would like to. Any suggestions .

Don't feel guilty!
I believe your priority right now has to be your family,
and you aren't serving them or God very well if you over extend yourself.
And I suspect that you would even more guilty if you neglected them!
I was a pastor for 33 years,
and I'm sure your pastor would tell you the same thing.
The needs of the church will still be there when the time is right.
