I just finished today's reading, 2/13/13 and was really touched by Brian's commentary on the passage from Matthew. I have always been one to jump to defend myself even when I have been right, unlike Jesus. I realized from what Brian said about Jesus that because he kept quiet he had more of an influence on Pilot than if He had spoken. I can't believe the change i feel within since i began dilligently listening to the DAB each morning, but this mornings reading has really struck me and even brought tears to my eyes which isn't an easy feet. I am praying that I can be more like Christ as i grow day by day, following His example of silence when it matters. Thanks again for this opportunity to hear God's word everyday.
