How do I find Him?

Hi everyone
I am new to the DAB,I have gone to church my whole life, I love going to church, I love listening to sermons, but this is the first time I have ever really gotten into reading God's word and listening to the DAB daily, in fact, I have been listening twice a day and going back an re-reading what Brian reads a couple times a day, but I have never really heard from God in a way that he is directing my life and leading me, sure he has answered prayers and I know that he is with me, there have only been two or three times when I know that I heard his whisper to me, today is the one week anniversary of me reading and seeking Him on a daily basis, when people tell me to Be Still before God and to wait on him, I dont really understand how I am supposed to do that, today I feel like I am not doing enough, like I want to listen to the DAB 3 or 4 times instead of 2 and read my bible 2 or 3 more times instead of twice, the more I read and listen the more I want, but I feel like I am not doing enough, I don't know how to find him, will He direct my life, will He ever speak to me, granted I know I have only been doing this for one week, but I can already sense a huge stirring in my spirit that is only making me want more, but then I have this feeling that I am not doing something right or not doing enough? I don't know, I just feel very anxious today about everything and feel like I am doing something wrong and that I won't find Him???

It sounds like you need to just keep doing what you're doing.
A few years ago I had no idea what it meant to 'seek God,' so I asked him, "How do I seek you?" He told me a
very specific way for me to seek Him. Perhaps you want to ask God, "How do I seek you?" I'm certain that he will tell you.
