Prayer for anxiety

I am newly born again and new to DAB, and I have a lifelong struggle with anxiety that has worsened considerably since becoming mom to a special needs kiddo. My new life with Christ, that includes prayer most mornings and evenings (whenever I'm not needed as a mommy) , has helped lessen my anxiety, and I praise God. I'm just in a rough patch and a lot of my triggers are being tripped right now. Please, if you will, pray that I can be relieved of the worst of my anxiety so that I can deal with my many challenges from a place of joy instead of a place of fear. I'm praying for all of you. Hi Latemommy,
I too suffer from anxiety and know all to well the triggers and how stress can lead me into a downward spiral.
I'm praying the Lord will send his healing and comfort to you and fend off the attacks of the evil one.

God Bless you both. And thank you. Your prayers are helping! And Zach, I am likewise praying that your triggers are few and that the Lord send Jesus to answer any and all of Satan's attempts to knock you down. God is so very good. Let us all remember to just let Him hold our hearts when there is fear or pain.

Thanks to all of you. JT, Zach and Kris. I feel your prayers and they are helping! I'm managing my anxiety more than before and remembering more often that God holds my heart in his loving and mighty hands.
I do have another pressing prayer request, and I will post it seperately.
